Entretien
The first interview is with hr/recruiter and it’s the usual screening questions. A little longer than your average screening call and some questions seem a tad invasive for an initial call. Then you are sent an outdated homework assignment that is supposed to judge your abilities. It’s short and leaves little room for critical thinking or ei. If the tone of the emails is any indication of the culture there, steer clear.

Entretien
Initial interview screening call with HR, then several rounds of interview calls with various employees who would sit closely to the role. Final presentation round. The whole process took about a month.

-Video panel interview with two team members
-Two additional video interviews with managers

Can you speak to a challenging task in your current role that was presented to you and how did you handle the situation?
