Brief phone call to get things started - establishing what the position is, what the expectations are, what my experience is. A homework assignment to demonstrate that experience. Followed by a longer interview with an existing employee where you present briefly based on a provided prompt and answer questions from the employee. All employees that I interacted with were incredibly kind and helpful. It was such a relief after interacting with some companies where the interview process was a mess and the people interviewing me were unsure and unprepared.
