Message left about wanting to interview but would have to speak to colleague. They would be expecting the call. Left messages in morning and afternoon of one day, no response. Called back two days later, made contact ( advised she was too busy to return calls, gave me less than 5 minutes of her time) advised to contact original caller at beginning of following week. Called in am, left message. Called back in pm put through arranged interview. Interview was generic style. Advised that if successful, would receive a phone call by next day. Disappointed that a Teaching institution aimed at helping mature students advance their employment opportunities does not follow basic business practices. I.e.: return phone calls, contact afterward on interview success (considering only 6-7 people in the running). Lead by example.
