I met with two separate managers just to discuss the positions that were open. They then just let me choose which position I was more interested in, as far as times of availability goes. I met with the managers (one by one) and they just read my profile and asked me random questions from my resume. Not stressful at all.

Why do you want to work for Academy? (I was overqualified)
Easy and simple. Manager was knowledgeable about the job and the team I would be working on. The questions asked were relevant and to the point. Generally a pleasant experience.

Long process but easy Felt strong about meeting with them but sadly was ghosted for weeks on end and expected a rejection email or something but no Wont apply again!
