Applied online and was contact by Tenet Healthcare Recruiter shortly after via email. I scheduled a date and time to sit with the manager and supervisor to dicuss my qualification for the MT position. Interview was in person onsite at the hospital and included reviewing my education and experience. While it was a positive interview, MT positions eventually need certification so we also dicussed how that could be accomplished.
