Basically you speak with the Recruiter, then with the hiring manager and then they may or may not ask you to do a presentation of a topic of your choosing and may or may not ask you to speak with another individual contributor. From the beginning they might already know who they wanna hire and they make you go through the hiring process, completely wasting your time, while they already know who the person is for the role.
