This was a very straightforward and thorough interview consisting of a high-level discussion with the recruiter (30m), an interview with the hiring manager (30m), a pretty challenging (and somewhat lengthy) writing assessment, and an interview with another team member (30m) that was looking more at culture fit. The recruiter was exceptional throughout the process, providing updates on next steps and following up when they said they would. They were very transparent about the hiring process, salary, and what the role would entail. Overall, really a great experience, even though I didn't receive an offer.
