Contacted via email and phone to schedule Google Hangouts meeting with HR/Clinical Supervisor about one week after applying online. Brief interview with Clinical Supervisor (about 20-30 minutes) to discuss background and this position. Less than one week later (2-5 days), HR called and sent offer letter/contract to begin working with AbleTo.

A few stages of interview, some questions, scenarios...It was nothing out of the ordinary and seemed completely reasonable. Not too long and not too short. I don't know if my experience was standard, but it was ideal.

Casual process, but did ask some deeper questions. Was more like a get to know you type of interview. Was about thirty minutes and there was time to ask questions or about concerns.
