Interview process began with an informational interview, then writing test. There were supposed to be 2 more rounds, but because they took so long grading the writing test, they collapsed the final 2 rounds into 1. HR here does a terrible job at scheduling and contacting. The interviews weren't particularly hard and the writing test took about 3 hours.

Long interview process. Went through five rounds, including a three hour writing test. I was rejected after the final round and asked for feedback multiple times. After investing so many hours into this process, you'd think the company would be decent enough to give good, specific feedback. No one responded, and when a managing director finally did, the feedback couldn't have been more generic and less helpful. 0/10 interview experience.

Entretien
First round with HR where they ask preliminary questions about interest and explain the role/interview process. After this are subsequent meetings with assorted levels of employees. They ask standard comms interview questions and were friendly. Also had a writing exam. I would have continued the process but received a competing offer from another firm so had to remove myself from candidacy.
