Through an agency. Invited to interview . The 2 people were not overly friendly and one didn't make any eye contact. However the interview was well structured and they asked probing questions which enabled me to put across my strengths and achievements well. They were not interested in the personal stuff. They were very much focussed on my skill set.

The interview process wasn't that complex, however, communicated promptly. made me comfortable and confident before beginning the interview. I was expecting detailed interview feedback however it was just an email of rejection with no valid reason
