The hiring process was relatively simple, you go to a kiosk in one of the stores and apply through the online/computer process. They contact you if your resume seems promising and they will schedule a real interview with one of the managers. There was a group interview conducted with 4-6 others. The manager asked situational questions and toured around the store and the stock room. I was notified about a week afterwards being offered the job.

One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
