The interview process felt quite odd and disrespectful. The interviewer joined the online interview a few minutes late, then spent a long time talking about herself before even asking me to introduce myself. She moved straight into technical questions without creating any welcoming atmosphere. A few minutes later, she had to leave because of a fire drill, and I was left waiting around 20 minutes for her to return. Overall, the interview felt cold, unprofessional, and unwelcoming.

The first round interview consisted of an initial phone screen with hiring manager. It was not just an informative interview, as ohone screens often are, but consisted of many technical questions.
