very introductory panel, with almost 12 people on interview panel. They ask very tricky questions to test your knowledge in practical world of science and the role you are interviewing for.

phone interview, which was late for 5 mins. Apparently, the interviewer didn't read my CV. She asked me why I leave my current job... I am seeking for my first job. Very strange experience. They don't sponsor visa in UK !!!!

Entretien
From start to finish, it was seamless. They emailed me with interview dates as the first step, with instructions to call HR to discuss availability. Spoke with HR for about 45 minutes, which was more like the first round interview. They got back to me pretty quickly with the invite to the in-person interview, which was scheduled one or two weeks away (it was a holiday so took a little longer than usual). The onsight interview was quick and everyone was so kind. No hiccups at all.
