The interview process included a first round with a recruitment manager on the phone and then a second round in-person with their HR & Operations Lead. This was 2 separate 1 hour interviews. They were adamant that this interview would be in-person but then never follow up afterwards. I wasn't given a no or a yes. It is really poor for a company to treat a candidate like this, particularly when they were adamant it was an in-person interview and I had to take a half days leave from work to attend.
