Disorganized, long and needed a stronger HR or recruitment presence. Interviews would be cancelled and rescheduled without adequate warning. The team I talked to was fine but the recruitment process hindered progress. I was also reached out for the role by multiple recruiters from different agencies as I started the interview process.
