First, I received a screening call from the recruiter that asked me on why I applied for the contract job, when can I start working as this position was quite urgent, as well my expected salary. I proceeded with the interview with one of the team leaders after a few days. For another 3 weeks, I had another interview with the manager. A few weeks later, I had to follow up about my interview status and the recruiter told me that I was one of the few successful candidates. I was then being interviewed for a final stage with a Business HR representative. Interestingly, there were 4 stages and this took me for like two months until I got here in the company.
