J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Abbott (Atlanta, GA) en mars 2008
Entretien
Phone interview followed by interview with District manager, then regional manager. THe phone interview was standard. THe decision falls on how the District manager feels about you. The regional manager just confirms.
They wanted to see my salary stub. You have to give them good reason to pay you more than what they offer. Be sure to close the interview and offer amount. Have a 'Brag book"
Very conversational, personal, etc. Great team, and the interview is just to see if you have the interpersonal skills to work with the team as well as the problem solving skills and work ethic to succeed. I ended up turning down the job offer because I realized it wasn’t the career I wanted, but working with that team would have been great.
It was a long process and felt like it was a bit repetitive in regards to the conversations that were had. I know it’s a large company so that comes with it
video interview to be sent in before even talking to someone. took to long, impersonal. no updates for any portion of the process. I did not receive an offer but I continued interviewed with other companies.
