It was a very well structed interview process. The panel were extremely friendly and polite. Even though the interviews were ran online, they were still extremely professional and covered all areas.

initial communication and coordination was good and efficient.
There was only 1 round for me (adminstrator position) but for senior positions, there are at least 2 rounds, one with HR and department manager and another with senior management.
punctuality and accountability is a must. You have to demonstrate leadership abilities and teamwork, trust me,I know what I am talking about.
