Two rounds of 30 minute interviews with behavioral questions. You start by introducing yourself. They asked questions on why you chose this position and this company. They also asked about leadership experiences, etc.

Very well planned processes and also the people were very understanding although I was sick and had to cancel the first meeting. We rearranged without any issues. I would really recommend this firm.
