J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Abbott (Little Canada, MN) en nov. 2018
Entretien
Pretty typical; nothing particularly outstanding and felt fairly comfortable in the atmosphere. Something I enjoyed doing, so I was enthusiastic. Interview was about an hour long. I don't have anything else to add, but it requires 30 words. Thought it was going to be a great opportunity to get a permanent opportunity there if there were pleased with my performance.

Question 1
Best assets could bring to the job and I answered honestly. I had some prior experience, but no experience with the software that they used. Don't have anything else to add, but it requires 30 words. I should have asked who would train me, because I was under the impression it would be the boss; however, it was a coworker. The coworker was not particularly easy to work with. I felt it was a reasonable amount of time to have the interview. They were on time, which was nice.

In the past getting hired from being a contract was hard, it still is. Takes time to find a permanent position. Once in company it can be a bit difficult in getting interviews and hired into new positions. At times seemed someone already in mind and just the formality for someone else being interviewed.
