The interview had gone throw 4 persons , first the district manger was a very hard interview many of role plays focusing on your enthusiasm and willing , practical ethics is a very very important thing , the second was with the sales manger or the bun manger , a very fair interview personalty , the third with the SFE and training manger very hard squeezing interview sales role play and analysis , it could be face to face or phone interview , the final is a star system interview with the HR

They will ask you about anything in your personalty and till you this will not fitting the job
Invited for a virtual interview by the HR representative. I would say it was a process to let you learn more about the job rather than calling it an interview; To learn the candidate's understanding of the medical sales industry and their motivation for pursuing the position.
There was 3 part for this interview, the first part was self introduction, second was questions to test how well you know about the products and company,the last part was some scenario questions. It was a pretty smooth interview,the interviewer was nice.

Applied through jobsdb, HR was smooth and quick, interview process was by two senior members of the team. They were sales in cardiac specialty, wanted to find someone with sales and cardiac network.
