Entretien
I was already well known to the organization, so I just had to spend time talking with the hiring manager and HR in a very abbreviated interview process. It was all very smooth and well organized, background check and drug screening were scheduled without delay. This was one of the easiest interview / hiring experiences in my career.
It was 4 rounds of interviews including direct ,manager, H.R and the global presedent and an assesment that took 5 hours. Assesment involve role playing and scenerios in a pressure enviroment
Quite straightforward, with HR, hiring manager, DVP. Was F2F in SG office. Usually TA would reach out to schedule timings and check availability. Overall like to see candidate deal with complexity and uncertainty in a matrix organisation
Very good experience despite not being selected. Serious and professional HR contact, although there was no response to my last email asking for additional information for not being selected.
Second interview was a bit long, but I think they wanted to cover all aspects.
