I was contacted through LinkedIn initially. The first interview was done over the phone with HR Manager for the region. I was then invited to participate in an online activity where I was asked a number of questions and was required to answer some in written form and others in verbal form. I believe the entire process was recorded. At this stage of the interview process there was no human interaction. The final stage of the interview process was an in person interview. The interview was conducted by 3 individuals, one of which was over the phone.
