J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Abbott (Temecula, CA) en avr. 2016
Entretien
The HR specialist set up the appointments and sent a formal schedule, which was comprised of four interviews. One was the hiring manager, one was a team member on the project but not in the finance department, and two were co-workers in the finance department. Holding one interview after another all morning was stressful and difficult. But at no time was I treated discourteously or unfairly. The process was conducted with professionalism, so I rate the experience positive overall.
The interview was strictly behavioral questions. Each interviewer had a company form with standard interview questions to ask. There may have been scoring involved, but I couldn't see if I was scored or not. At least, they didn't write a score on their forms in front of me.
The interviews were very much set up to give the advantage to the company to see if the applicant would mesh with their team, and very little focus was on giving the applicant a chance to see if they thought they were a match to the job. Not much time was given to let the applicant ask questions in that direction. If you're applying, you have to get the interviewer off script and ask your questions up front, or you won't have a chance to at all. So be prepared with good, searching questions and speak up early.

Multi‑step interview process with recruiter screening, technical and behavioral rounds, and final conversations with leadership. Overall well‑organized, standard pacing, and clear communication throughout. Interview process included initial phone screen, several structured interviews, and follow‑ups with team members. Expectations were clearly explained, though the timeline moved at a moderate pace

Initially rejected and then invited for a screening call when job was reposted. Following this I was scheduled for 1:1 with hiring manager. Video call was scheduled for 1 hour, but ‘interview’ lasted 10 minutes. Was talking through my experience and was interrupted by a “thank you for applying and I wish you all the best.” Total waste of time for all involved.
Initial screening call followed by series of four back to back interviews and a final interview with the DVP. The interviews were a mix of behavioral and technical asks about classes, experiences, why Abbott, understanding how one would go about completing a finance task, goals, etc.
