I was interviewed by 4 people who were peers to the open position and 2 people who previously held the position before being able to interview with the execs who would be supported by the position. 6 very long hours before the final interviewer, who looked at my resume, asked 5 questions, then stated that he felt I was overqualified for the position. I have never experienced such a disorganized interview structure in my entire professional career.
