J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez AbbVie en sept. 2023
Entretien
Interview was ok but the interviewer gave very generic description of the job and it seemed more like a technician role. Some simple technical engineering questions were asked I believe from their HR and some simple scenario of resolving conflict or how to handle task were also asked. Overall was ok short and to the point.

1st Interview was good! I didn’t hear back for a while so I assumed I didn’t get the role. And that’s fine!
Just to make sure, I contacted an Abbvie recruiter who then stated they were scheduling a final round. I tried reaching out to her again and her account was terminated. After forwarding emails to HR multiple times, I was ghosted. She got my hopes up for nothing. I’d much rather be rejected than to be falsely lead on for weeks, so I will no longer be considering AbbVie for future employment.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez AbbVie (Irvine, CA) en juil. 2024
Entretien
The interview consisted of an initial phone screening, an online interview and a panel on-site interview (5 people). Overall was a great experience. This was my first ever on-site interview and they made me feel comfortable. The phone screening was mainly to inform you about company and position with some basic questions. The first interview, you learn specifics about the position and behavioral and technical questions. Panel interview is only technical questions.

Initially I had a phone screening with HR. Then I interviewed with one engineer and the area manager where the asked questions back and forth and asked about prior experience.
