J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 7 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez AbbVie en mai 2020
Entretien
Initial HR screen followed by couple of phone interviews with the team. The team I interviewed with was great, typical Pharma BA questions regarding requirement gathering, validation and deployment.
My negative experience because of the HR -
1. Initial HR who screened me left the job, follow up emails bounced. Someone should have been a back up if the HR was supposed to quit.
2. The new HR contractor was not at all responsive, absolute no response to emails or calls. It took almost 6 weeks for the interviews to be set up after the HR screen and some kind of response would have been appreciated.
3. I had applied for the couple of positions and HR did not notify which position I was interviewing for even after asking multiple times. I asked this question to the interviewing team.
4. Even after I received rejection, HR did not know the status of my interview.
Frustrating process and hoping other folks don't have to go thru the same.

My interviewers were very conversational. While they were technically behavioral they did ask a few technical questions per interview to see your problem solving skills. I had a very pleasant time interviewing.

Entretien
I had my final round interview 7 weeks ago, and since then, I've heard nothing back. The application status still says 'Interviewing,' and despite sending multiple emails to the recruiter for an update, I've been completely ghosted.
The interviewers were nice and friendly, and we had a great conversation, but the recruiting team's lack of response is disappointing. It's not a great way to treat a candidate who has invested a lot of time into the process.

Why Abbvie
Was reached out via LinkedIn, had a phone screen, then four rounds of virtual interviews. Questions were straightforward, asking about past experiences, challenges and problem solving. Second interview was more technical, third was more culture/fit oriented, and third interview was more of how I could add value to the role.
