A panel interview. Nothing special, everyone seemed more interested in off loading projects and making sure you could hit the ground sprinting. I ended up working at a CTM level and reporting into the Clinical Operations Director. I worked on protocol development, contracts, regulatory documents, etc. Nothing that was part of my interview or on my job description.
