Phone interview. Did not seem to have the standard HR process or canned behavioral questions. Hiring manager asked a lot about business processes and approaches of my company.

Entretien
I cannot get an interview despite having a background that matches/exceeds requirements. It appears the company does not open itself to many candidates outside their industry. I applied multiple times to multiple roles and never received a reply.
Went through 4 rounds of interviews before they went with someone else. And it took about 5 weeks from start to finish. They were very communicative throughout the process. Each interview decision took about a week to week and a half.

The interview process was very smooth - an initial conversation with the in-house recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. After this, there was a (virtual) panel interview.
