Interesting process which consisted of 9 IVs (two panel style/7 individual) with a variety of levels/chain of command, ending with the CEO (who seemed frustrated & off-putting throughout the 25 minutes we had).
Started off smooth and efficient, but dropped off dramatically once they got me through the final round w/ the CEO and had other candidates to consider. This happens with a lot of companies with a defined structure and are searching for the "perfect culture fit" but the main take home was that it's a "decision by committee" (and it's a large committee) before they make their decision. After a month of interviews and not hearing back from them on their overall decision (which changed a few times since starting in early May) - I opted out of the process. Not the right company for me and shows the type of struggles you would be walking into (which is fine, too).
Good company, good people, but disorganized and unstructured (which is common) and their employee engagement needs a lot of attention to attract high level talent going through the process(es) they have. Wouldn't consider in the future, but didn't have a poor experience, just a neutral one.
