After receiving your resume it takes 3-5 days to get an email back. They tell you to complete an online test C++ or Java. I took the C++ test, it had a lot of intricacies of the language and object oriented questions. If you passed the online test the recruiter will most likely ask you to come in for an in person interview where you are interviewed by 2 engineers. They ask generic data structure/algorithm questions you would expect from school.
