This was by far the best interview process that I have ever been through. It was not short or easy by any means, but the most genuine and thoughtful. I appreciated that I was not asked the same questions multiple times despite interviewing with team members across different departments. Aalto really took into account every aspect of my professional history and not just my most recent position. They truly look at me as a person and not just someone to fill a role.
