They took my 45 days and I cleared Manager, CEO, and director rounds. in the last HR round they dropped me because of budget, in the first call, I told HR my CTC and my expectations. Guys if you don't have the budget then why are you wasting a Candidate's time and giving them hope. They are just taking complete strategy and understand how to implement that after that they will drop you by giving a budget excuse. Dont proceed with their application if you guys do not have a budget. waste of time waste of energy.

I received call from the HR person. I had 2 rounds which includes HR & technical round. They asked all technical questions & after that they told me, they'll get back to me. But that has not been done. I shared SEO suggestion & technical error (Assignment) with them but I think they don't have salary budget. Why don't you call such candidate if you don't have salary budget.have very bad experience. They again called me for my assignment questions. Basically ceo only wants to know my suggestions which they can use it for them. This is called again technical round which I already done at their office. DON'T CALL FOR CANDIDATE FOR AN INTERVIEW IF YOU DON'T HAVE SALARY BUDGET.
