questions about current laws, knowledge of brokers and the market such as GDPR including knowledge of financial conduct authority. They also asked questions about people skills & communication with other departments
Met with the same recruiter for two separate roles. They mentioned moving me to the second round multiple times. But after following up twice, they ghosted me without explanation. They were by far the worst recruiter I've encountered. I liked the company and the role, but this was a horrible experience, and I will not work with them again.
Call with the recruiter and 2 interviews with hiring manager and team members. The first interview was more informal and conversational and the 2nd was more values and technical based
