It was a very disappointing experience. I applied to this company under the Disability Confident (guaranteed interview) scheme. The organization has advertised everywhere that it guarantees interviews under this scheme. Life is already difficult enough for me, but I didn’t receive any response to my emails, nor did I get the chance to attend an interview. Today, I received a rejection email without even having had an interview. If you cannot provide opportunities for people with disabilities, please don't advertise as Disability Confident. It has been a huge disappointment. Life is already hard enough, and now we have to deal with companies like this.

The process was alright overall, and the panel included two interviewers who asked a variety of questions, allowing me to explain my experience, demonstrate my skills, and feel reasonably comfortable throughout the discussion.
