Too lengthy and Unorganized. they have unlimited round of interviews and you never know which is final. There's no feedback for days. one of my friend got selection call from it after a month when she has already joined another company. Why can't they take just 3-4 usual rounds and inform in 1 or 2 days that selected or not . Thats it. There are companies who immediately tell you the feedback after final round and then there's AXA....using candidates for HRs training and nothing else
