Entretien
I had a six hour interview. Every hour there was a different set of interviewers which asked different technical questions. The last hour was when I got to talk to the potential manager. The questions were hard, and the interview process was very disorganized. The recruiter that was supposed to take me to lunch was missing, as well as the interviewer for the next hour after lunch. Both interviews were conducted by other people at the last minute.

I was recruited for the role via linkedin and had a phone conversation discussing the role. The next step was an online coding assessment with a personality test. The final round was a 4-hour virtual onsite interview
Straight forward, just some questions about data structures and general software engineering, I was expecting it to be harder, and was a nice surprise to be overprepared for it. I totally recommend the company's hiring proccess.

The general phone screen with the recruiter went fine. The code review tested basic computer science and had nothing to do with my domain. I forgot little details that I quickly remembered when prompted. It was rather rushed and I hope in no way reflects the actual work environment. I was not told why I was rejected, somewhat expected but annoying.
