I submitted my resume directly to the hiring manager. I was called for an interview within two weeks. My initial interview was with one of the company directors, he was very easy going and the questions asked were about my military service, citizenship, drug use, transportation, etc. I had a follow-up interview with the site manager about a week later. He asked about my experience and I was selected for the job on the spot.
