Phone screening conducted by HR, emailed immediately to schedule an interview with a developer. After interview, emailed quickly to schedule two-round technical interview. First half of technical interview was with head recruiter and senior developer, second half with two junior developers. Employer once again emailed same day to set up separate calls for final interview with executives and to discuss salary/start date. Three hours after the end of the final (third) interview I received a call informing me that I had been rejected due to lack of experience.

I had 3 rounds of interviews. 1st is with HR for half an hour about your background, interests, and expectations for your next role. 2nd is with 2 developers and 2 senior developers which is scheduled for 90 min. 3rd is with their CTO and EVP which is a 60-minute call.
