Phone interview because of Covid-19, Interview was around 45 minutes on the phone and the interviewer was very knowledgeable and informative as well. Several questions on proper AV equipment use and how AV components connect together. Questions on timelines and how to handle difficult customers. Project Management time lines and information on communication with customers. Had to give example of the most difficult customer I dealt with and explain the resolution to the problem and if the customer was happy in the end after the issues were resolved and I had to give an example of a happy customer and what I did to make that customer happy regarding the installation.
