I have to go through 4 interview session and complete one assessment. The first interview was with 2 of the Sales Manager. The second interview was with the APAC Field Engineer Supervisor. The third was with the APAC Field Engineer Manager and the last interview was with AVF Senior director. Each interview are unique in their question. As I go higher in the position ranking, the question are more to how you handle situation at work and what is your personal perspective regarding work ethics.
