Had to clear the first round which was a group discussion and then went on to technical interview where I was asked to find the greatest of two numbers without conditional statements in a language I am comfortable with after it was just a general one on one conversation

1st round is group discussion .The group discussion topics where online vs offline learning, love marriage vs Arrange Marriage, tamilnadu politics . It is easy to crack 1st round if you prepare on general topics .
The interview process includes communication, group discussion, aptitude, general human resource and technical human resource, i recieved the offer letter, they provide training before putting into the project, so far don't experienced to review
Group discussion is 1st round after selecting in first round they select for the second round that is
