I met Jim in Career Fair who was a really nice guy to talk to that asked series of questions for my previous experiences. About few days later, I got email for onsite interview. Then met with four people for interview, and it was lot about my previous experiences and there were some technical questions. It was relaxed in a way, and I got to know each one of them little more through this. Then I waited about a week for the answer, and they finally gave me an offer.
