1st was personal about motivations mad goals
2nd was technical about grid forming controlled inverters and microgrids.
It had a single line diagram and you had to explain what the low pass filters did in the current control loops.
CV and interview, proposal, and cover letter. It was not easy, as the interviewers were very demanding but managed to get the job, with wanted skills and background, very thorough and.
Rather simple video call by co-supervisors, essentially one interview followed by e-mail exchanges and (annoyingly) phone calls to discuss the terms. No test-type questions to test knowledge, just asked to introduce myself and describe my education/skills.
