I interviewed with the company at the end of February. During the interview, I was told that I had successfully passed the first stage and that I would receive feedback about the next steps. Since then, there has been complete silence. It is now almost April, and no one has provided any update, rejection, or explanation. This creates the impression of a disorganized hiring process and a lack of basic respect for candidates. A professional company should not make promises during an interview and then disappear. Even an automated rejection would be better than no response at all.
