I was made aware of this position by an HR recruiter at a career fair. After a brief, informal Q&A, my resume was set aside. Via email an interview was set up. I arrived ahead of time and waited in the lobby. Security gave me a basic English and math test to take while waiting. The HR rep met me and brought me to a conference room. I was interviewed by 2 scientists. It lasted approx. 30 mins. I was able to ask my own questions which they did answer. I then went back to the lobby to talk more with HR.
