It was a very informal process with the owner. I had never felt as comfortable in an interview as I did in that setting. He invited me to a local restaurant and kept the process authentic and real. I walked away feeling like I could really add value to this family owned organization with the motto of "unleashing human potential" and make a difference with my talents.
