Straight forward. Took about 3 weeks from recruiter to hiring manager interview. Role was not very well described during initial phone screen. Once we moved on to 2nd phase, expectations were clearer.

The interview included a phone screening then an in-person interview with HR and then the hiring manager. When I met with the hiring manager, her director stopped by with a few questions, but those were more conversational.

I was approached by an ATPCO recruiter directly and was invited to apply. I started with a screening interview with HR, followed by an interview with my future direct manager. She then invited the department director to join for a few minutes to chat.
