I applied on Linkedin and in just over a week later I received an email inviting me to a first stage interview via Microsoft Teams. During the interview I explained my experience, provided examples of marketing campaigns I had worked on and asked questions at the end. I wasn't sure if the answers I gave resonated with the person who conducted the interview as at some stages it was difficult to gage their interest. At the end of the week I received an email saying despite me interviewing well, I wasn't going to be taken forward. I felt very disappointed with this outcome.
