I applied online, they called me in for a training program and they said after one year training I would be executive manager. The interview took 10 mins, then they asked me to drive to an address.
The interview was thorough and quick. The owner of the company performs the first of what I was informed is a two step interview process prior to hiring. The interview was conducted online through Zoom.
